Dog Training Academy App Reviews

The first things you see as"equipment" are a choke collar and a halti..! NO GO !! I could not believe it ! In most of the video trainings the trainer constantly pulls and pushes the (stressed) dogs around.There are other ways to get or keep your dogs attention than to pull the leash (or even worse: the choke collar). I cannot recommend this training.

App doesnt work. Dont understand why the developer just wouldnt remove the app instead of trying to rip people off. I wish Apple would be more on top of these sort of things.

First of all the instruction is really thin, not much detail. Secondly,I was horrified to read the archaic advice of using an alpha roll and scruff shake to correct a dog. The advise is lacking the benefit of the most recent research on dog behavior. Buy a book authored by a positive trainer or find a trainer that does not employ physical punishment or leash corrections. You will have a better relationship with your dog. Im sorry I spent $5, but hopefully no one else will.

This app crashes every 30 seconds, videos are unavailable or wont load. Do not get it.
